Haven't used the GUI for ages, but doesn't it work by simply:
a. load source b. select video track c. in the properties, on the right, scroll to the 'Color Information' and then enter the desired values there (matching https://mkvtoolnix.download/doc/mkvmerge.html#d4e2542) Cu Selur |
