VirtualDub and/or VapourSynth filter for adapting frames to a limited-color palette?
Hello,
Is there a custom VirtualDub filter (preferably a 64-bit one) for adapting each video frame to a user-defined, indexed, limited-color palette (like, for example, a 16-color palette where each color is picked from the 64-color Famicom/NES hardware palette)? Alternatively, is there a VapourSynth plugin or script that can do the same thing above, in case there is no VirtualDub equivalent?
