Convert SBS to Bluray 3D (aka MVC)

As the title says.

I have a bunch of SBS videos like this.

Since this format is not recognized by many hardware players (it is played as a normal video, which means I see double), I would like to convert it to the MVC format (the format used in Bluray 3D).

Is there any piece of software that can do the job? (open-source, freeware-proprietary or paid-proprietary).

I 've searched around, but I can only find instructions for the opposite (convert MVC to SBS)

BD-Rebuilder can do it via its Import function.
