MKV to MP4 (For Xbox 360 and PS3)

Alright here is the low down on my files. I use Ripbot264 to rip my BD's to MKV with DTS or AC3 and Vob subs. I was wondering (without quality loss) if there was a way to make them mp4 for Xbox 360 and PS3. I would have just done straight MP4 with Ripbot264, but I wanted subs with them for the PC don't really care to much for the Xbox or PlayStation on subs. Also I don't want to keep 2 sets of files I have little enough HDD space as it is. So what are my options

MKV2VOB will do what your after.
Its a free tool from http://www.mkv2vob.com

That's interesting. I had no idea you could put h264 video in a vob file.

If you particularly want MP4, try YAMB.
