Registration CAPTCHA broken

I noticed that the CAPTCHA on the registration page doesn't work.

Instead of an image, the request gives the following error:

WARNING: The convert command is deprecated in IMv7, use "magick" instead of "convert" or "magick convert"

convert: non-conforming drawing primitive definition `end' @ error/draw.c/RenderMVGContent/4078.

Oddly, I see users still registering, so unsure how they got through.
