Replace AC3 File in M2TS

I've authored a BR I sent to a few people and there was a glitch in the audio. I've re-encoded the AC3 file to fix this and was hoping I could just send that to the people so they could demux/remux the .M2TS file with tsMuxeR. The problem is that when hitting the Play button in the menu the video won't play. Nothing else has changed: there aren't any pop-up menus, subtitles, alt. audio tracks, anything... just the 00000.M2TS replacement. Even the main video file stays the same.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get this working?

You and your customers may want to check the new structure with BDEdit.

After remuxing it with tsMuxer, are they replacing the .M2TS, .CLPI and .MPLS files? All of those will have changed, and all of them will need to be replaced.
00000.M2TS and 00000.CLPI should be fine as-is (from tsMuxer) (assuming 00000.M2TS is the filename of the original video), 00000.MPLS just needs to be renamed to match whatever PlayList the video is referenced by in your original disc (if it's not already 00000).

If there were chapters in it, you will loose those unless they copy them from the original PlayList into tsMuxer...

That's the only thing I can think of that might be causing it, without seeing the actual disc.
