OSD it's not working in Full screen mode with EVR or EVR-CP but it's working with madVR in this release

EDIT This is happening ONLY if menu bar is hidden = only in "Frame only" mode and "Hide borders" mode

I've discovered that this is happening ONLY when using LAV splitter and video decoder (only latest git tested)!
When using internal splitters and video decoders OSD it's working OK in full screen too !

Also MPC-BE.1.4.2.4742 and LAV doesn't have this problem !

OSD it's working OK in this rev
So it seems that only the "Stable" version has the bug which is kinda ironical

I can confirm that the OSD is broken in the 1.4.2.4752. Though I can't really determine what triggers the bug because it only happens sometimes. If it's really fixed in the dev channel, then a quick update in the stable version would be welcome.
