Are you asking about adding a second MP3 track to an encoded AVI with video and 1 audio track already? Use AviMuxGUI and add both the original AVI and the second audio and make sure both audio tracks are selected. I'm not sure whether Virtualdub (bundled with AutoGK) can do dual audio, but surely someone on this forum does.

You can. You need to use a muxer that supports more than one audio track.
