variable frame rate vs constant frame rate
my mobile records videos of 1280*720p,baseline@l3.1,bitrate~12 mbps and of vfr~30fps which usually varies from 13-11250 fps.some videos, especially the ones which includes waterfalls or where there is too much light, shows huge blocks.I think baseline profiles which uses cavlac could do that.but the frame rate and the resolution divides the bits/pixel,right?so,don't these huge numbers, such as 11250 fps, have a roll in creating blocks?
while re-encoding,instead of using vfr, using constant frame rate(same as source)could do any better?(of course encoded video will be of high profile and uses cabac) |
