they haven't listed their patents yet or how much they are charging. It is annoying that they are trying to charge for streaming.

I understood, new Avanci programs first find the suitable rates in initial discussion with licensees and (unlike the late Velos pool) publish them when first agreements are signed.

Note however, that some of the invalidated patents still appears on SISVEL AV1 patents. That patent is being appealed according to google patents: "2023-06-30 US case filed in Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit".

According to this the EP 3402195 patent is in the same family of EP 2608540, which is listed in Sisvel patent pool for both AV1 and VP9 (and the farthest patent for VP9).
