Windows Media Player 9 With Classic look

Can anyone tell me how to get just the square box look from Windows Media player 9 with the blue bar across bottom with controls on it?
I knew how a while back and changed it on all my computers and now I have another one looking stupid and I can not remember what I did.
Attached pic will be up in a few.
Thanks

Do you mean Windows Media Player? Because mplayer means something entirely different around these parts.

Windows Media Player 6.4 was called mplayer2.exe, I think it's installed with XP by default. There's also Microsoft Media Player, called mplay32.exe (you don't want to use this unless you really, really have to).

(P.S. Your link is b0rked.)

Most people forget that WMP is fully skinnable, although Vista WMP11 comes with only basic skins unlike previous versions, the exta skins like old Toothy etc have to be downloaded. If you right hand click on the black bar at the top where 'Now playing', 'Library' etc is, and then click on view --> skin mode, it goes to the screen you are talking about. There are basic skins available that make it look streamlined.

WMP 9 and 10 have all these options in terms of skins as well, the selection method is also pretty much the same from memory.

No I didn't forget anything, I just wanted to get it looking like it does in the above picture a box with no frills.
I just had trouble getting it that way till I found the link above.
Thanks for your replies

Note that as an end user you don't need to SetAndLockSkin - you just would have wanted to switch to that Classic skin in the Skin Chooser in the player. But for an IT deployment, SetAndLockSkin would be useful.
