hello guys...help about FPS?

i'm using ripbot to convert movies..
this is the first time i encountered this problem..
i have a file with an FPS of 90000 (90090.09 to be exact) , im converting it to my psp when i was amazed at the time it will take for it to convert, it's very impossible...now after browsing the net it seems that PSPs will play videos with 23.976 FPS..my question is how do i change the FPS of my source? i don't think assuming FPS in Ripbot is a good idea..

Based on your previous closed thread and the fact that no legitimate source will have an FPS of 90000, I am closing this for rule 6. If you think that is in error, you can PM me with an explanation.
