Analyzing an already-cooked AVI file

Is it possible to look at an existing AVI file and see what percentage of the frames are I-frames, what the maximum and minimum quantizers are, etc.?

What type of "AVI" ? What video compression ?

FFprobe, MediaInfo or the older BitrateViewer, Gspot and AVIcodec may also help you.
