ConvertToYV12 interlaced=true or false on hybrid video

This is my workflow, AVCHD 1080i files and I edit them with Adobe Premiere cs5 and then I export them with Lagarith as interlaced and colorspace set to RGB. The thing is that I use premiere for 50% slowmo so everything I have used slowmo on is not interlaced in the lagarith file so im getting a hybrid video (around 5% is in slowmo).
This is the script im using.

I have two questions:
1. Should I use ConvertToYV12(interlaced=true) when not everything is interlaced?
2. Does the script looks ok otherwise for a x264 720p output?

Yes. Otherwise the chroma would be messed up in the interlaced parts whenever there is motion.

2. Looks ok. But 720p is usually full framerate (50p/60p). Mode=1 in TDeint does full rate/double rate deinterlacing.
