Motion vector histogram

I was wondering if there was anyway one could produce a graph of the motion vector magnitudes and their corresponding frequency, for a given encode. It would be interesting to me and possibly others to see how often a vector of magnitude greater then 16 gets used, if your using high merange.

MErange does not have any relation to motion vector range. Perhaps you were thinking of MVrange?

I did a little more reading, I misunderstood what merange was. It controls the search, not the maximum range. I guess my question is nullified then :-)
