Generating HDR10+ Metadata and injecting it into a DoVI/HDR10 movie

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a tool that can generate hdr10+ metadata and inject it into the movie. With my Samsung TV, it seems like the static tonemapper darkens the image too much compared to a HDR10+ version
