problem encoding with GK -vista-

problem encoding with GK
from some reason after creating the avs file with gk I tried to preview it in media classic player it doesn't work
or even if I try to play it in vdubmod it doesn't work

I tried reinstalling many times and getting the same problem.
sometimes I get error saying when i try to open avs file back into gk it says..file is not valid d2v project.
My OS is vista 32bit
never had this problem with xp
do I need diff versions of gk and XviD etc for vista?
please help ..

maybe its not the OS fault
what do you think I'm doing wrong?
is there something else I need.

Hi!

Are you having this problem with one specific DVD that you've ripped?

If so, what is the Title and Region number of the DVD?
