Can Dumpster still be downloaded anywhere?

I only just found out there was once a Win32 version of Apple's moov atom viewer/modifier "Dumpster" today via

Does anyone know if there's anywhere on the internet it's possible to download this? Does Apple still host it at some new URL? Or if there's a modern version that can do the same thing, display and modify all the atomic metadata? I have used Bento4 and AtomicParsley and found myself missing Dumpster, sadly lost on an old computer
