Converting is cutting off the top and/or bottom of the video
I am running video, sd and hd through autogk. The original video shows the full video. Not cut off at all. After it is run through autogk, a little bit of the bottom or top is cut off. I have width set at auto. Not sure what settings will fix this. Anyone know why this is happening? I am converting to xvid. Please help.
For example, a discovery channel recording. The original recording, an mpeg file, shows the entire discovery logo in the bottom right corner. After running it through autogk, you can tell the difference because the bottom is cut off and half of the logo is cut off. What can I do? |
