DG tools are now free
Licensing (DRM) has been removed from DGDecNV and DGDemuxGUI/DGDemux. They will remain closed source for now. The executables remain copyrighted and may not be redistributed without written permission.
Think of it as an essential step towards porting to Linux. Last edited by videoh; 26th April 2021 at 19:26. |

That's good news (even though I had a licence).
I use it on NVIDIA Quadro P4000 and Windows 10 Enterprise at work, however I have Fedora 34 (Linux) at home and I might give it a whirl once it's released. About that, will we ever see a CUDA accelerated version of Cube()? Perhaps for Christmas 2021? |

I used only once your tools, although I knew them for long.
DGDemuxGUI did the trick the other day and I learned a new thing. Even for this I think you deserve a thanks from me... so thanks

Someone please tell me if this is the wrong place to post this, as well as the right place.
I learned of this good news last year. And I've now tried the new version (255 64-bit). When I run it, it gives a warning "ERROR: JIT compilation failed." When I continue, the main window opens up, but after I open a file, the program simply disappears as though I had never run it. My last licensed version (2052 32-bit) runs fine, same computer, same video file. Have I done something incorrectly? I'm on Win10 Pro-64bit fully MS-updated.
