@s0meone_new:
I think you missed two lines in recent translation update: Line 601: "Preferred video format:" Line 604: "Preferred audio format:" In the meantime a new string is available: Line 2042: STRING IDS_VDF_COLOR_CONVERT_TO_RGB "Convert to RGB" https://github.com/Aleksoid1978/MPC-...yerc.hu.rc.txt |

Could you maybe also show render times in BE's video renderer OSD ? Thx.

Yepp, there are no render times in the OSD ! I have some 50fps files that drop some frames and I would like to know if its the rendering or if that machine is too weak overall, etc.

Any experience of how well MPC-BE works on Arm?
Windows on ARM seems to be gaining traction.
Assuming there will not be a native ARM version, does anyone have any practical experience of how well MPC-BE actually runs on Windows ARM (e.g. Snapdragon X Elite) under Prism emulation? |

I beg to increase the size of two dropdownlists in Video Decoder settings dialog so if the longer strings are not cut off if selected:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Jmp...ew?usp=sharing To get a clean appearence I would increase also STRING IDS_VDF_THREADNUMBER and STRING IDS_VDF_HW_PREFERRED_DECODER to the same length and maximize the lengths of the dropdownlists that STRING IDS_VDF_DXVACOMPATIBILITY is not yet cut off. This cosmetic will help other languages as well. |

just keep it to ref as the english translation and you should really use top-field and bottom-field first because even and odd can be miss understood because you can start counting at 0 or 1. |

The odd field is always the upper field.
The even field is always the bottom field. But I think about it. Maybe I can find other words, but it is clear as it is. "Bei der Bildentstehung werden für das erste Halbbild (Upper Field) nur die ungeraden Zeilen (Odd-Field) des Ausgabegeräts dargestellt; ist dieses komplett, wird das zweite Halbbild (Bottomfield, Bottom Field, Lower Field, Bottom Field Second) aus den geraden Zeilen (Even-Field) aufgebaut." The reason for my request is the DXVA (H.264) dropdownlist. The deinterlacer is normally set to auto. |

welcome to hell.
we usually start counting from 0 in the PC world so top field is even now. use ref as English does it is the name of an encoder name. while your translation isn't wrong it is not usually translated because encoder don't do that. |

I don't want to leave english strings. It looks like I overlooked/forgot some strings.
But I could live with "TFF" and "BFF". Or a direct translation but then "Feld" as "Field" looks also terrible. With the translation I did I have everything but also explained what it is. Do you have a file where my current translation doesn't fit? What translation would you choose? |
