Set different audio delays
With avimux_gui (but it's the same with AviDemux) I can set the delay of the audio track.
Let's say that a +1400ms delay is fine until a certain point of the video, and then I need an additional +500ms for a total of +1900ms until the end of the video, can I set different delay values without manually editing (and lossy re-encoding) the audio track? Thanks

You cannot fix a non-constant desync with a simple delay!
If the desync is growing constantly over time, you will have to adjust the framerate of the video (or the samplerate of the audio), so the duration of the audio and the video match again. If, however, you have segments with different but constant (within each segment) desync, then you will have to edit the audio stream in an editor and insert silence as needed...
