Video card - for movies + YouTube + Internet DLSS 3 / AV1 / Video Super Resolution

Video card - for movies + YouTube + Internet DLSS 3 / AV1 / Video Super Resolution

1. I would like to know if DLSS 3 in players like MPC-BE x64 or PotPlayer
DLSS 3 noticeable? Or only related to games?

2. AV1 encoding - noticeable in movies or YouTube?

3. The 4070 video card has Super Resolution which should improve YouTube movies - is it worth anything?

4. Nvidia's RTX Video Super Resolution gets VLC support to beautify offline videos
Is there a chance that it will also work on other musicians?
MPC-BE x64 or PotPlayer?

a. This is about adding a plug to the player that supports this element and can improve pixel quality and sharpness in movies
It sounds wonderful, but are there musicians who support this element? Except for VLC

5. GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs, DLSS 3 uses AI to create additional high-quality frames.
Is it noticeable in movie players?

6. Is there an advantage to an AMD or Intel graphics card?
Intel A770 has 10 BIT encoding, does it help movies?
H.264 Hardware Encode/Decode
H.265 (HEVC) Hardware Encode/Decode

7. MPC-BE x64 - plays 24FPS movies at 47 FPS. Is a better video card possible to get more FPS?

1 it'S for games only not relevant.
2 it's a better codec but "every" new GPU can decode it
3 pretty terrible to my eyes but even mpcVR has access to it.
4 already part of mpcVR which is a video renderre for mpc hc/be which could do it before VLC and it also works properly unlike the VLC implementation.
5 games only SVP is the video alternative but this tech could be in theory be used for video.
6 why would you care about encode you want to watch videos not? that decoding. intel also a a "super resolution" scaler amd will nearly for sure follow soon
7 what?

Thanks

1. "intel also a "super resolution" scaler amd will almost for sure follow soon"

intel is in trouble, they fired the manager of the video card division
and their next model, if it comes out, will be in 2024!

2. " 7 what? "
MPC-BE x64 - plays 24FPS movies at 47 FPS
frame rate in this player is doubled
i don't understand how?
but there is an improvement in movement and sharpness!

2.1 How can you get a double frame rate also in PotPlayer?

while i can not see the image.

the player can't do that.
the closest thing it can do forcing deint which will in the best case just repeat the frames.
madVR SM which will show 48 but isn't. and is technical not the player anyway.
or SVP which has nothing todo with the player.

The renderer does deinterlacing, because the frames from the decoder are marked as interlaced.
Look at the video decoder settings.

Screenshots are better to upload to external image hosting, and here is just a link.

Videotitle looks suspicious. Please pay for your content.

must specify the movies in the MPC-BE x64 player
they look better than any other player i have
also better than cyberlink / powerdvd

and it's only because of one thing that the MPC-BE x64 player runs the movie at 47 FPS
double pictures
the sharpness is amazing!
the details in the movie are better.
the contrast is better.

MPC-BE x64 player lacks some shades in the colors and in black with that the player will be the best thing there is.

MPC-BE x64 player not have HDR

That framerate on the screenshot is really strange.
What could be causing that?
