Looking for a GPU rendering image viewer upscaling

Hey, not sure if it's appropriate to be asked in this sub-category, but is there an image viewer that uses gpu rendering similar to Madvr? I searched online but I could could only find image resizers. If there aren't any, what is a very good image resizer then (doesn't have to be free)?
Thanks

MPC-HC can open images and send them to madVR. LAV can open pngs, jpgs, etc.

Thank you and it works, but I can't zoom in or scroll through the pictures. Anything else I can try?

http://www.fastpictureviewer.com/
But it is freemium product.....and has limited format support for non-professional......

Then we got hardware accelerated image viewer --> Not sure what kind of algorithm being used for upscale/downscale by programs below:

Back in the day, I even use https://sourceforge.net/projects/bubblesreader/ or https://sourceforge.net/projects/glmangareader/ for reading comics/manga.

Zoom Player can show images using DirectShow - madVR if you have it set as the video renderer. You just need to disable Adv Options > Playback > Use internal JPEG / BMP / PNG image decoder (supports higher resolution images) first. It also supports zooming in and out, and moving through lists of files.

It's actually not that much to make mpdn into an image viewer. All the code is there just need to have a different user interface. Just haven't got a lot of time these days.

PencilSheep https://www.pencilsheep.com/ uses GPU rather than CPU for almost every operation.

Lol. As much as i know it is exciting from user's perspective, it's not really that exciting for the devs. Just grunt work mainly to create a new user interface for picture viewing.

I wouldn't call it hopeless, all the pieces are there, there's just been nobody who wanted to put them all together.
