PGS Subtitle Font
What is the font of these PGS subtitles? How do I find it? What tools can help me with this?

You asked what font was used and you were told that PGS were image based. This means there is no font to choose from because each frame is basically a picture.
You can use BDSup2Sub to open a PGS stream and look at the frames. It can also export the frames as .png images. You can also replace the image with a new image of the same caption in a different font or a different caption all together. Did you even try it? |

To answer your original question, you might try taking a screenshot of a few characters and pasting it into
https://www.whatfontis.com which will offer you several fonts based on an automated visual match. |
