Deblock obs macos

Hi guys i am new here i have a some issues with obs, i was using custom encoder setting with deblock=-1:-2 stream was a realy sharp after i upgraded to macos ventura some how deblocking not working correcty.What nummer you type makes no change on stream now can some one help me thanks

My settings are
