How cut audio track to match video with mkvtoolnix

As the title says, i have a video track that was encoded with credits cutted and teh corresponding audio track but it has the music of the credits.

I want mux both tracks but cutting the audio to match video lenght.

Right now MMG outputs videos that end, and the audio part keeps running with black screen.

Sugestions?

Use the splitting in the global tab to split when the video ends and delete the second file.
