Recover from mpeg-2 ts link delay
Hi!,
I built an Audio Video link using a mpeg2 ts link in between. My program first encodes a raw Audio and Video seperately and then Mux them in to a mpeg2 ts and send them through eithernet to another pc. Then i get ts packets from that and decode the audio and video and play it on that pc. When i play the raw vidoes on both encoder and decoder sides, the difference of those two videos increases with time.. Is there a way to reduce this latency and maintain realtime link? I read about pts/dts and pcr values in mpeg2 ts but i couldn't understand how those values help to reduce the latency.. Thank you. |
