Need a H.264 Decoder (DXVA) that properly decodes movies



I think the picture above is self explanatory. That picture corruption always occur when default MPC-HC decoder is used. And many times, movies also get blocky and pixelated.

Another DXVA decoder I had tried was Microsoft DTV-DVD video decoder which produces picture as good as FFMPEG. However, the downside is it sometimes fails to play anamorphic videos in their proper ratios.

I know that I can always use FFMPEG or FFDSHOW software decoder but seek time is really slow on my old laptop. Also, some HD movies can use 100% cpu and things go very sluggish.
