How to deinterlace, deblend, denoise & sharpen video with avs script on Vdub?
For deinterlacing I'll probably use LeakKernDeint or Yadif (which one is better-sharper?). Yadif on vdub with default settings does very nice job settings, but maybe LeakKern is better?
For deblending, Srestore. For denoise & sharpening, MCtepmoral denoise with builtin presets. Please write a guide or example of how would a avs script look to do this! The Avisynth filters aren't documented well and I'm not very familiar to them. Thanks. |

1. For deinterlacing try Tdeint. Or even better, try TIVTC without tdecimate if your footage is 29.970fps.
2. Srestore works great . 3. Personally I like to use FFT3DFilter but that's up to the user. Script would be like: Quote:

Better would be for you to read the documentation enclosed with each filter, write your own scripts, and then post both the scripts and the error messages you receive (if any) when opening them in VDub. You'll learn much more that way.

manono, I tried that approach. He's not willing to read anything or learn anything. He thinks there is a single magic script for every type of video and he wants you to give it to him.
For example, see here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=165825 That's just one. It seems every time I take the time to try to help him he just disappears from the thread. Trolling? Last edited by Guest; 24th September 2012 at 00:33. |
