What is wrong with 70 FPS film video card or cpu or Architecture
HI
i have CyberLink PDVD Studio versio this playr for Movies this playr can Turn movis 24/25/29 fps to 60/75 FPS! on line and Clean fixer FPS ( the playr not Sold to Private Clients ) Example : http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/4826/666hi.png Overall bit rate : 10.5 Mbps I can get with 10.5 Mbps only 47.7 fps The question is HD 4850 video card weak for this film project with 60 or 70 FPS ? you can see with http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/272/6667j.png Overall bit rate : 3 509 Kbps I can get with 3 509 Kbps 70.44 fps is the cpu or Architecture Weak ? or the video card ? Hardware: CPU AMD 1090T VIDEO CARD HD4850 Where is the problem |
