Cross Compiling FFMPEG on Fedora 9 for windows

hi
I am able to download ffmpeg.exe and even ffplay.exe from the web, but not ffserver.exe.
Please tell me whether there a windows build of ffserver available for dowlnoad?
Since i could not find one i have been spending some time trying to cross compile ffmpeg using cygwin and mingw+msys on windows, and fedora's mingw on linux.
at the end of a couple of weeks effort i could not get any of these ways working.
Please tell me the 'usual' way of cross compiling ffmpeg on fedora.
Thank you

You might have better luck on the Linux forum here (but don't crosspost!), a Linux forum, or the ffmpeg mailing list especially.
