How to convert in AVI a TRP file?

Hi,

i'm back after several years and in the past 2010 i used a bunch of tools and DGDecNV to convert in AVI this kind of files:

Rai Storia @171014_11OTT2011.trp
Rai Storia @171014_11OTT2011.ifo
Rai Storia @171014_11OTT2011.idx

In 2021 with a Nvidia GPU RTX 207S and Core i9 what's is the best and fastest procedure to accomplish this task?

The others tools i've used were tsMuxeR and Megui but now i forgot the workflow (lost hdd with all files) and i'm seeking help here

PS:
I know nowadays it's more advanced to encode with MKV but i don't know the procedure..please advise...

This takes me back...

Your .trp (transport stream) contained captures do not contain any PAT/PMT meta-data!

In order to play such files on other devices or re-mux them with other softwares, I suggest you try running them through a really old application called TsRemux v0.21.2, which will add the necessary PAT/PMT meta-data to the elementary streams.
