A little help with BD Rebuilder Question

I have the latest version of bd rebuilder installed and all the latest necessary programs Avisynth, ffdshow and MatroskaSplitter to go with it
My question is when I try to shrink a bd-50 to a bd-25 with all the extras it will play up to the menu were I can select play, audio, ect. when I hit play it starts but it dosen't it just sits there.
If I take the same movie and use bd rebuilder and select only the movie it workes fine

Please let me know what I am doing wrong I am using
Ridata BD-R25 to record to
Panasonic BD80 standalong to play them
What am I missing??????????????

Bad move, don't use ANY versions from the required additional programs, other then the ones listed at http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=143716
