If you have problems with Windows7 and VC-1 codec:

First I ran the ffdshow video decoder configuration tool (included as part of ffdshow installation). The VC-1 option was disabled. I changed it to wmv9, applied the changes, and exited. Then I ran the Win7 tweak tool you linked to above (Windows 7 tweaker) and changed the VC-1 option to ffdshow from the default "Microsoft" selection and closed out the tool. Then it worked!

Note that you must use the decoder configuration tool to set vmv9 option for VC1 prior to running the Win7 tweaker tool. Otherwise there will be no ffdshow option listed in the tweaker tool.

Thank you again and I hope this information can help someone else.
Notes:

* Make sure you're using NTFS drives for TEMP and DESTINATION when processing larger files
* Make sure you have AviSynth, ffdshow and Haali Media Splitter installed. Download multiTEST to verify your PC decoding capabilities.
* Make sure you have enough free space in your TEMP and DESTINATION drives
* Always read carefully all messages in the LOG TAB - they'll help you to find the problem when you encounter one

I've got a question, i finally burned a compilation of 3 eps to test your GUI and as i burned them as UDF 2.5 i noticed the PS3 recognized it as DATA DISC.

So, is it because of the 8.3 filenames? or because of the missing folders that the GUI isnt implenting(META,BOJO...)
also, the compilation plays great on TotalMedia Theatre without any problems.

i just burned it twice now.
first, i only added the missing folders, that resulted with a DATA DISC by my PS3
second, i added the missing folders and also renamed all the files to their normal state(no 8.3) and it worked
so you'll probably have to make the 8.3 rename an option not a must, and since i didn't burn it with only the rename, i don't know if those missing empty folders are vital or not.

i've got a question, can you make it possible to load the subs from your GUI?
i mean if i've got an mkv and a srt on another file you can direct it to mux with those setting and the mkv...

Next version will include the needed settings for tsmuxer and some other options...

I guess I'll test it tomorrow and will publish it.
Font size and offset are not correct.
Look.
1080 / 720 = 1.5
so 60 * 1.5 = 90 - correct value for 1080p
52 * 1.5 = 78 - correct offset for 1080p

Personally for 720p I use 48 font size , offset 64 , Tahoma , border 2
for 1080p I use 72 , 96 , ...

4 GiB = 4096 MiB (not 4000) You can safely use 4096 because tsmuxer never cuts above limit.

I am not sure this is working for me.

I want to put seven 720p mkv movie trailers on a disc ranging up to 100MB each. The temp directories look ok but the final avchd directory only has 3 files totalling 116MB.

I do hope those settings are put a a .INI somewhere, cause these settings are not right (for me). Those high offsets put the subtitles much too high imho. In fact for a 1080p BD i use Verdana, size 65, border 3 and offset of only 24. My subs stay firmly at the bottom of my screen, OUTSIDE of the 2.40:1 picture (in the border that is).

It's working great now. The problem was the source files. I forgot to convert the audio to something avchd likes.

I'd like to see if the menu structure works with my Panasonic TV. Is somebody here able to provide a smallish sample file?
