Surveillance camera with wrong AR

Hello everyone.
I have a video capture from a surveillance camera, made by Hik-Connect. The video is displayed correctly in the application (Android) however when I capture the video, the AR is incorrect (see photo) and on top of that, the format, despite being mp4, seems to be corrupted because it does not let me send it via WhatsApp.
I can correct the AR and convert the video with MeGUI, however, I would like to be able to make those corrections with an Android application.
Does anyone know of one?
