I've encoded a testsuit for HEVC compliance streams (HEVC test vectors/conformance streams).
Hope it may help SW/ASIC decoder & stream analyzer tools improve decoding capabilities and robustness.

Can you please translate everything on that site to english? Yes, i could use a translator, but for the majority, chinese isn't very helpful on an english forum.

We can only comment on something if we fully understand it first. And since I clearly don't understand it, without having to use an external translator, even though I have a good understanding of the technical background, I won't bother, as will probably other people, too. Which is a shame.

This suit is very helpful to test HEVC analyzer tools, such as Zond265, Elecard HEVC Analyzer, and CodecVisa.

compliance test sequences and clips offered by ITU official are quite specific, it apparently learned some more from H264, you could tell from the sort and quantity of the compliance test sequences, and ITU encourages organizations and companies to submit schemes and test sequences, and tries to maximize the coverage of the official sequence based on them.
I've been doing the research about video en/decoding, trying to improve the coverage of the syntax elements, I know how much a decent test sequence means to it, software decoding or ASIC, and so I made a compliance test stream for H265 out of curiosity, it's free but leave a note about the source if wanna use it to research or do commercial developments
