Demuxing audio from Matroska

I have a Matroska file here, with two channels, each language. I need to remove one of them and left another there.

After that, a direct stream copy, so no reencode, like VirtualDub does with AVI files. What program/and/or setting should I use for this job?

Thank you.

You only need MkvMergeGUI in mkvtoolnix
Load the mkv, uncheck the undesired track and remux.
