it is extremely useful that you pixelated file extension. You better go to fortune teller with this encrypted error message.

And it's a rule #9 violation for sure. So, DiCQC, please correct your title!

My super decrypter in my head tells me that he has got some problem with .mp4 file

Ok but to understand, when I open any file, and I toggle the video preview, and appears like this:


I'm using AvsPmod, it never happened before!
How can I solve this problem?

Apparently you are missing the necessary dshow filters to play that file. Closed thread for rule 6.
