Samsung SV-232XS won't eject tape

Hi,
over the weekend I digitized a VHS tape. It’s an LP tape.
After the tape had finished running, I rewound it all the way to the beginning. Now the player won’t eject it anymore.

Here is a video demonstrating the issue:

Can you estimate whether the tape can be removed with a simple intervention, or whether this really requires an expert/technician?

Best regards,
Daniel

That looks like the tape spool motor/s or pulley/s are making no attempt to retract the tape into the cassette. Do the other transport controls work at all (forward/play, wind) ? If yes, try winding/playing the tape a little way off the very end and retry the eject. And try a hard reset (unplug from mains, wait ~10 mins, reconnect and see what happens.
