Change Speed of Video Clips
Just the other day a friend (who is a musician) asked me how he could change the speed of a clip and save the changes to a new file. He does have a player software which can change playback speed, but he wanted to save the changes.
I did not find any free software which would do this, so I made a small tool for this purpose. Quote:

New version with the following changes:
Moved the fps conversion for forced output frame rates from ffmpeg to AviSynth Gives the user the choice between ChangeFPS, ConvertFPS and MotionProtectedFPS Especially when slowing down a clip MotionProtectedFPS gives a much smoother output than the other methods.
