bencos is most likely dead. The IDE works badly under vista and compiled bins don't even run (under vista).
ra6 I dev it once each 3 months, and I don't plan adding more codecs. x264 and AAC is enough for most tasks.

Then why don't you rip off the core with all the logic and without interface, wrap it up in nice package (able to compile) and publish it for download? Somebody might add different interface to it, maybe even commandline.

x264/AAC is out of question because I have an old version of Sony Vegas 4.0 (the new version is 500$ or something >.< ) |

Hi Sirber,
I give a try to RA 6 and I applied the update but RA crashed when MP4Box merged video / audio (=file not found). If I keep the old version of MP4Box I get a "out of bounds" error. Is it possible, when you got a few minutes, to check this. Thanks a lot for all your hard work. OS : Win XP. |

1) This is bencos thread
2) I'm not developing anything anymore. for your issue, look if all files are there, add the missing ones and retry.

It could, but it doesn't. It only provide variable bitrate based encoding.

<-- still faithful user of RealAnime 5.0 @_@, I fraps a lot and RealAnime 1 click 2-pass XVID enconding no-bs approach saves me a lot of time and HD space . But still I want to upgrade to xvid 1.1.2 :-/ but development is dead, oh well.
so what GUI/program do Bencos/RA users use/move to anyway ? |
