10bit Video playback

Hello guys, I encoded a x264 10bit video file, and I'm unable to play it. Here's my PC specs:

I can flawlessly watch 8bit 1080p video's. But with the 10bit,there are multiple problems that I seek answers.
1- The video get's lagged. stuck and flickering.
2- The Audio skips like 1 second or two together with the video lagging.

I've installed MPC + LAV Filters + madVR . here are some screens of my settings.

What can I do to improve my playback?

COrrect me if I'm wrong but to my knowledge HW acceleration (PureVideo, UVD, not sure about Intel) isn't available for 10bit videos

AFAIR, "HW acceleration" setting doen't matter for 10 bit. Active decoder will be switched automatically to something compatible - SW.

With that system you could most likely just use SMPlayer2 with the gl3 video output. This is guaranteed to be quite a bit faster than your current setup.

Also, your system temperatures are pretty alarming.

Not sure why you would say that, but I think that GPU is strong enough for madVR.

Hello guys, thank you all for your comments.
I fixed my Heat thing and now it's working flawlessly ?
Could that be a heat problem and lack of performance?

Now, a slight change of settings, from Minimal to max.
How to change the settings to MAX settings, so that I can try to get the best quality possible

I thought so. Make screenshot again and do not set a movie on pause this time. Better try to set display refrash rate to 23.

Or if not that, the highest multiple of 23.976Hz that your monitor can do properly. You should hopefully be able to do a custom resolution in the Nvidia control panel.
