https://www.mediafire.com/file/lmsnp...tclip.avi/file
What is the proper way to get this to the correct speed? Any help would be much appreciated. |

JohnMeyer recently [within Covid-19 era] made an excellent post on such framerates for silent films,
do search or wait a little for John to show up. EDIT: Think maybe this was one I was thinking of: https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.p...13#post1921713 some more: https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.p...76#post1720176 https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.p...53#post1694753 https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.p...58#post1692858 https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.p...75#post1788775 https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.p...18#post1788718 https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.p...59#post1788559 EDIT: @JohnMeyer, Seems there is a JohnMayer user on-site, no posts. You spell your name wrong ? [I've probably spelt as such at times]

https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.p...SpeedOfSilents When the film was taken with a hand-cranked camera it will be something like a 'variable unknown framrate' depending on the operator, and one can only make a best guess, I am afraid. |

It's already at the correct speed.

https://web.archive.org/web/20110708...lf/18_kb_2.htm The closer we got to the sound era, the closer to 24fps they got. Many late-period silent films were meant to be played at 24fps. |
