how can i extract 7.1ch DTS-HD tracks to 8 wav files?
i am sry ,i am not good at english
i wonder this when i extract dts file using eac3to.exe following command "eac3to input.dtshd output.wavs" but in this case always i got 6 files (5.1ch) i need 8files (7.1ch) how can i get it? what is the command? thx in advance |

Is the decoder working (eac3t -test)? The file is either not 7.1 or you are only decoding the core (Arcsoft filter not working.) Most titles are just 7.1 up-mixed from 5.1 anyway. Perhaps eac3to is detecting this. There are very few titles with discrete 7.1 channels.

No, I mean the source is NOT 7.1 channels. I've never had any problems with this, ripping from physical Blu-rays with actual 7.1 tracks (Toy Story 3, Megamind, there are only in reality a few releases that have actual 7.1 discrete tracks.)
