Help me find android box that can play this video file (4:2:2)

I'm looking for an android box that is able to play this video file (h.264, 4:2:2, 1080p):

Code:
https://mega.nz/file/j6hU2BaQ#u_acYKusxUkQnFuIXCaG5C04VTtgw9gND0lkGR15eNE
Can you help me to find one? Maybe you can test this video on the android box that you have and see if it's playing without freezing?

My Galaxy S10 is able to play it smoothly with VLC player.
I have this one: A95X F3 AIR Smart Android TV Box
And image is freezing while playing.
Thank you

Why not simply re-encode 4:2:2 video sources to the more conventional 4:2:0 standard?

Because that'll be live steam from satellite.
I want to stream from my satellite receiver to android box because there is no satellite receiver capable of playing such video format.

My guess is that this should be possible with VLC player on android box that has powerful enough CPU. I'm making that assumption based on the fact that I was able to do the same thing on my phone.

If you think it'll be possible to do live encoding from 4:2:0 to 4:2:2 withouz image freezing I'm ready to hear your thoughts.

Force your Android box into software decoding. The hardware decoder is likely choking on that.

Software decoding AVC should be easy enough.
