What is the difference between LimitedSharpenFaster and SeeSaw?

Does LimitedSharpenFaster and SeeSaw produce the same sharpening, or is there a difference between these two sharpeners?

No. Here a comparison:

LimitedSharpenFaster(smode=3, strength=s250, overshoot=50, ss_x=1.5, ss_y=1.5)
In any case, you should try with your own material.

Or you could try comparison like this [untested]
A = Last # Filter 1
B = ShowFrameNumber #Filter 2

I'm testing both LSF and SeeSaw.

I managed to achieve great results with LimitedSharpenFaster and HQDN3D denoiser.

I'm not sure how to use SeeSaw. I want to give SeeSaw a denoised video, then resize it, and then apply SeeSaw sharpening.

Something like this:
hqdn3d(ls=0, cs=0, lt=2, ct=3, restart=3)
I know this is not correct, but how do I give SeeSaw a denoised clip, then resize it, and after resizing it apply the sharpening part of SeeSaw?

SeeSaw: More of a detail enhancer than a regular sharpener. Also lets you really turn up the denoising without the typical ringing and haloing. https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=104701
SeeSaw needs 2 input clips, original and denoised.

LimitedSharpenFaster is a sharpening algorithm commonly used in video encoding and post-processing. It focuses on enhancing edge sharpness while minimizing the introduction of artifacts and noise. Compared to LimitedSharpenFaster, SeeSaw offers a more aggressive approach to sharpening, resulting in a more pronounced and noticeable sharpening effect. geometry dash lite
