Waveform Monitor and Verctorscope

Does anyone know a filter or a plugin where some kind of Vectorscope and Waveform Monitor can be displayed in Vdub?

It would be very helpful to have the videosignal levels monitored while tweaking in Vdub?

ColorTools:

Waveform (R, G, B, Y), vector, histograms, hot pixel scan.
Unfortunately you can only see one scope at a time, and your chosen scope replaces the normal Output monitor pane.
