Problems with vsfilter (CCCP) displaying subtitles on matroska video files
Hi,
I'm actually having 2 problems with CCCP's vsfilter but one, I think, it's probably due to a bug in the version that CCCP is using in it's package cause the I downloaded vsfilter from it's homepage and this problem was gone. And I'm talking about "vertical padding" so I can display subtitles below the video. The vsfilter version that comes with CCCP, if I change the "vertical padding" option to anything besides "original height", any video file won't play. This doesn't happen with the version I downloaded from the vsfilter's homepage. Anyone has any idea why? Anyway, to my most important problem... I can't play any matroska video file with subtitles, they are simply not loaded, the vsfilter green arrow doesn't even show up. What I can tell you:
Any help is appreciated... And by the Last edited by Nazgulled; 27th December 2008 at 04:11. |

Extend to 4:3 is be broken in the VSFilter code in MPC-HC repository. Works ok with the Guliverkli2 builds.
