How to get 3D effect?

Some videos when viewed with one eye gives 3D illusion. Is there any special process to get this effect?

I've never heard of one-eye 3d before. This was all I could really find. Is that what you are talking about?
In that case, I don't see any difference at all when I look at that with one eye.

From one frame I could not see. I have seen several videos flying over mountain tops, or even furniture arrangement which definitely give 3D effect while viewing with one eye. May be movement gives the impression. But not all video give that effect.

Id be interested to see more examples, but in the one I posted I think its just an illusion based on how the scene is composed.
